Welcome to Canterbury Mulch Delivery. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

Canterbury Mulch Delivery supplies and delivers bulk aged arborist mulch throughout Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region.

All products and services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or change pricing and website content at any time without notice.

2. Product Information

Our mulch is a natural recycled arborist product. Because of this:

Colour, texture, and composition may vary between loads
Small amounts of leaves, bark, sticks, or other organic material may be present
Mulch appearance may differ from website photos

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and photos, however variations are normal with natural mulch products.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required at checkout before delivery is scheduled unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Delivery

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure there is safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles.

Our truck requires adequate space and firm ground conditions to safely complete delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, workload, or other circumstances outside our control.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if site access is unsafe.

5. Delivery Location & Liability

Mulch will be tipped in the safest and most practical location determined by the driver unless otherwise agreed.

By requesting delivery onto a property, driveway, lawn, or other surface, the customer accepts responsibility for any potential surface damage that may occur during delivery.

Canterbury Mulch Delivery is not responsible for:

Damage to driveways, lawns, paving, kerbs, irrigation, drainage, underground services, or underground utilities
Damage caused by limited access or unsuitable ground conditions
Delays caused by inaccessible delivery sites

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of bulk mulch products, refunds or returns are not available for change of mind after delivery.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assess the situation.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, remains the property of Canterbury Mulch Delivery unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use website content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Canterbury Mulch Delivery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability relating to any order is limited to the value of the order supplied.
